3. Pour a portion of the meat sauce over the tortillas, sprinkling with grated cheese and again with mild sauce on top. Repeat the process until you have a few tortillas and plenty of sauce.

4. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Let stand, cut into portions and serve.
